Sanjay Narain - Managing Director and Group CEO
Sanjay Narain has been the Managing Director of ATS since 1998. He has managed many multi-site tenders, multi-country projects and mobilizations in the remote and difficult operating environments that ATS operates. Sanjay has 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector both locally and internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in hotel management from South Bank University (UK) and a B/Tec Diploma in hotel, catering and institutional management operations. Sanjay Narain is a member of the Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management Association.
Felix Biga - Chief Finance Officer
Felix Biga is Group CFO and leads group finance comprising corporate finance, treasury and risk, audit, procurement and logistics. Felix possesses tremendous experience in all aspects of finance and enables a strong commercial awareness in the group. Felix is also an experienced auditor. Having worked extensively in the West Africa he brings a rich experience of the sub region in supply chain and workings of the economic blocks. A chartered accountant he is a graduate of the University of Ghana. In his most recent roles Felix worked for British American Tobacco and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Paul Kisseih - Group Financial Manager
Paul is a Graduate of the Institute of Professional Studies Legon and the Institute of Economic Studies in Cuba. He is currently pursuing an MBA with the Edinburgh Business School in the United Kingdom.
Martin Ryan –Director and Group Marketing & Development Manager
Martin Ryan has expertise in managing diverse companies and he has worked with companies in Zambia, Ireland and Ghana in senior management positions. He holds a B. Agric Science with honours from The University College of Dublin.
George Maina - Group Operational Support Team (OST) Manager
George has spent the last ten years working with ATS where he has served in various capacities. He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Kenya Utalii College. He also holds an ISO 22000:2005 Lead Auditor Certificate in Food Safety Management Systems from SGS/British Quality Foundation. He is a member of the International Register of Certificated Auditors and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Australian Institute of Technology.
Julian Southwell - Group Purchasing Manager
Julian has over 30 years of international experience in hospitality management (bars, hotels, restaurants and remote camps, off-shore oil rigs and safari camps) in wide range of countries including Ghana, Sudan, Zambia, France, Algeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Siberia and Kazakhstan. In Kenya, Jules has overseen the construction of a number of luxury safari lodges and in Kazakhstan he was responsible for feeding the crews decommissioning Russia’s missile silos. Jules has worked for ATS since 1999.
Danijela Panić - Group Communications & Community Relations Manager
Danijela has been responsible for development and implementation of ATS communications, Smart Menu and community engagement programs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, a graduation diploma in History of Art and a diploma from Canadian Securities Institute.
Watopa Biemba - Group Human Resources Manager
Watopa has a wealth of knowledge in international HR practices and supervises every aspect of employee relations in the Group. He holds a Master's degree from the University of International Business and Economics in China where he studied for 3 years.
