Profiles we consider:
Project Manager. A typical ATS Project Manager is a very experienced Catering Manager who takes care of large projects with one or two Camp Managers or Chef Managers assisting him. He could be a qualified chef, and would definitely be experienced in industrial catering.
Camp Manager is either in charge of one of the smaller projects or can be a 2-i-C on one of the larger projects.
Chef Manager. The ideal candidates are ambitious chefs with proven management skills. Good chefs are always in demand and can advance in position to Camp Managers or Chef Managers in a short time.
