Profiles we consider:

A typical ATS Project Manager is a very experienced Catering Manager who takes care of large ATS projects with one or two expatriate Camp Managers or Chef Managers assisting him. He could be a qualified chef, and would definitely have a number of years industrial catering experience.

Camp Managers and Chef Managers are either in charge of one of the smaller ATS projects or can be a 2-i-C on one of the larger projects. The ideal candidates are ambitious chefs with proven management skills.

Good chefs are always in demand and can advance in position to Camp Managers or Chef Managers in a short time.

Our Contract

ATS offers Single Status Contracts consisting of a 3 - 5 month work tour (on) with 3 to 4 weeks leave (off).

The nature of our business entails a 24/7 commitment for which we pay an agreed daily rate. These billable days cover the entire work period from the time the expatriate employee arrives in the country of work plus one traveling day at the beginning and end of each tour. The leave period is not paid.

A minimum tour is 3 months but many expatriate employees prefer to work for 4 or 5 months so they can earn more money as we do not pay for leave periods. The length of tour is agreed at the beginning of each tour.

Flights fares are paid to and from the nearest airport to the point of recruitment. Food and accommodation is provided free of charge for the entire tour of 3 or 4 months.

The company also holds a Comprehensive Insurance Policy cover with AXA - PPP, which covers each expatriate, in addition to a Group Personal Accident Policy.
