ATS' success in providing high quality, well-run remote camps is grounded in the expertise and experience of our founding directors. We can start a camp from scratch, or take over your existing facilities, upgrade them to international standards and employ and develop existing staff already on-site.

We manage large mining projects in many African countries including: Lumwana in Zambia; Geita in Tanzania; Newmont & Goldfields in Ghana; and can quickly mobilize to site to support any size camp, for any duration of time.

Site management in detail

Restaurant

Site Maintenance: ATS currently employs a team of versatile, skilled tradesmen to quickly repair and install all your town site, guest house and office equipment such as air conditioning, kitchens, ablutions, power generation and lighting.

Preventative Maintenance: Our preventative maintenance service ensures the reliable operation and low failure rates of items such as A/Cs, gen-sets, lights and water filtration. In the medium to long term, this saves you time, money, and inconvenience.

We have extensive experience in minimizing the dangers of insect control and bite prevention. We spray your rooms; maintain mosquito netting; and spray compounds, giving your employees a safer working environment.

On-site Shops: We offer an on-site commissary service and normally stock a range of local and imported goods for the convenience of your local and expatriate employees.

On-site bar: We manage a fully stocked bar on many sites. The stock held is adapted to your tastes with a range of local and imported beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks.

Gardening: We maintain the look and feel within your site via gardening and landscaping support and control weeds, grass, hedges, pathways and trees.

Small Project Management: ATS can manage and complete a variety of general building projects as required on-site including painting.

ATS manages staff catering services for major global companies, frequently running these sites 24 hours a day to support clients production schedules.

We deploy the latest electronic meal management systems to ensure only authorized personnel can take a meal within a set time period, along with clear and traceable billing.
